Since spring 2000 the City of Scottsdale has been utilizing applications of Soil~Sement© to maintain over 12 miles of unpaved roads. Road maintenance cost reductions have more than offset the cost of the Soil~Sement© applications while providing dust free and smooth road surfaces.
